Job Overview
Royal Noavtions is expanding and seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to support our real estate investment operations. You’ll assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and scheduling — all from home.

This position is 100% commission-based, ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and earn based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with property owners via phone, text, or email
  • Qualify motivated sellers and manage CRM updates
  • Schedule calls and appointments for the acquisitions team
  • Support admin and marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confident communicator and self-starter
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working on commission (no hourly pay)
  • Real estate or cold-calling experience a plus

Compensation

  • $1,000+ per closed deal
  • Top performers earn $3,000–$5,000+ monthly
  • Training, scripts, and systems provided

Schedule

  • Flexible hours — results matter more than time spent

Work Location

  • Fully remote (work from anywhere)
