Job Overview
Royal Noavtions is expanding and seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to support our real estate investment operations. You’ll assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and scheduling — all from home.
This position is 100% commission-based, ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and earn based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with property owners via phone, text, or email
- Qualify motivated sellers and manage CRM updates
- Schedule calls and appointments for the acquisitions team
- Support admin and marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident communicator and self-starter
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on commission (no hourly pay)
- Real estate or cold-calling experience a plus
Compensation
- $1,000+ per closed deal
- Top performers earn $3,000–$5,000+ monthly
- Training, scripts, and systems provided
Schedule
- Flexible hours — results matter more than time spent
Work Location
- Fully remote (work from anywhere)
