Overview
We are looking for a friendly and organized office assistant to help assist us with general administrative tasks. This position will require a strong attention to detail with an emphasis on communication. The position is fully remote and will require use of your own personal computer for the initial period of employment.
Responsibilities
Order Entry into Spreadsheets and Production Software
Customer data entry and management using various online tools
Basic Bookkeeping & Reconciliation using QuickBooks Online
Address & Manage Customer Billing Inquiries
Basic customer engagement using email templates
Assist with Recruiting Efforts
Skills
Must have prior experience as an administrative assistant
Must have moderate written and spoken English
Must have experience with google drive and google suite
Must have experience with QuickBooks Online
Must have strong customer service skills
Must be fully computer literate
Must be able to type 60 wpm
Must have a good attitude and friendly demeanor
This position is full time remote
Job Type: Part-time Salary: $500-$1000 per month
Schedule: 8am-12pm M,W,F Central Time (CT) (flexible) OR: 8am-12pm M-F Central Time (CT)
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 3 year
- Administrative: 3 year
- Google Drive: 1 year
- Slack: 1 year preferred
