About Us
Nordic Acquisition is a DFY client-acquisition partner for high-ticket coaches. We build the funnels, run the ads, manage Nordify (our CRM), refine offers, and help coaches scale to 6–multiple 6-figures — without complexity, fluff, or guesswork.
We’re growing quickly (119+ active coaching clients) and need a Client Success Manager who can support our clients, keep delivery smooth, and make sure every coach feels taken care of.
Your #1 mission: Keep clients happy, supported, and progressing — without overpromising.
What You’ll Do
A mix of communication, project coordination, and expectation management:
Client Communication (Slack + Weekly Check-Ins)
- Be the client’s main point of contact inside Slack
- Send short, positive, clear responses (our style is simple and direct)
- Check in with each client every 2–3 days 1-1
- Host weekly Zoom check-ins using our SOP & roadmap
- Keep clients accountable to their “10%” (recording VSL, ad videos, sending feedback, etc.)
Project Coordination (Internal Delivery Team)
- Communicate requests, bugs, or issues to the backend team
- Track client milestones inside Asana (internal use only)
- Make sure we hit key deadlines (e.g., ads live within ~7 days)
System Support
- Guide clients through:
- GHL CRM setup
- Connecting calendars, domains, ads accounts
- Troubleshooting simple tech issues (anything advanced → escalate to tech team)
Expectation & Emotion Management
- Set (and hold) realistic expectations using our onboarding script
- Keep clients encouraged, positive, and moving forward
- Handle moments of frustration calmly and professionally
- Re-center clients when they get overwhelmed or discouraged
Requirements
- Sales experience! If you’re a previous sales rep, this is perfect!!
- Experience in client success, account management, or agency environments
- Strong communication — warm, clear, concise
- Ability to manage many clients at once without dropping details
- Comfortable leading Zoom calls and giving directions
- Basic familiarity with CRMs, funnels, and paid ads (we will train you on our systems)
- You move fast, stay organized, and don’t need hand-holding
- You understand high-ticket coaching and digital marketing
- You can set boundaries (firm but friendly)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience using GoHighLevel
- Facebook Ads Manager experience
- Any background in coaching, consulting, or service delivery
- Comfortable with light tech troubleshooting
- Solid experience in sales and objection handling is a MUST. You’ll be upselling clients in the back-end, doing client interviews and have them send us referrals.
- Living in the US as all our clients are based in US.
