About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator with strong connections or proven experience working with UK retailers such as Sainsbury’s, Asda, Tesco, and similar large chains.
This is a flexible, part-time, remote role focused on expanding product listings and building direct relationships with leading retail buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with major UK retailers (Sainsbury’s, Asda, etc.) to secure product listings and distribution opportunities.
- Schedule and manage meetings with retail category managers and buyers to present product samples.
- Develop and maintain pricing plans, promotional proposals, and supporting documentation for listings.
- Manage and update product data, supplier documentation, and compliance requirements as needed.
- Track all meetings, submissions, and retailer feedback in an organised and results-driven manner.
- Report regularly on progress — including meetings booked, listings achieved, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with major UK retailers — ideally with Sainsbury’s, Asda, Tesco, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the listing process, product presentation, and retailer documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with retail buyers and procurement teams.
- Highly organised and self-motivated; comfortable working independently and measured by results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
