We’re hiring someone who loves taking ownership, juggling tasks, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If your brain naturally builds checklists and you get a rush from getting things done fast, this is your kind of role.
This isn’t about real estate experience. It’s about being the most organized person in the room.
What You’ll Be Doing Daily:
- Communicating and Coordinating with tenants and vendors via text/email
- Monitoring, tracking, and following up on unpaid rent and lease issues (you’ll need to be firm!)
- Become a master at all operations of the Property Management software
- Scheduling tasks, coordinating and creating new tasks for property runners
- Managing and driving property tasks to completion.
- Monitoring and coordinating maintenance tasks with tenants and vendors.
- Resourcefully solving tenant maintenance problems over the phone
- All of this to be done BY YOURSELF, with very little input from property owner.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have worked as an executive assistant or ops coordinator
- Aren’t afraid to say “no” and enforce rules (nicely)
- Love, love, LOVE staying organized and on top of lots of small tasks
- Are incredibly detail-oriented and love checking boxes
- Can manage 30+ tasks in a day without getting frazzled
- Want a stable, remote role with room to grow
Pay & Hours:
- Full-time, remote
- Competitive pay for non-U.S. markets
- U.S. working hours required
