Full job description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets — all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or business development (remote experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Comfortable using digital communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
- Time management and organizational skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly/Quarterly sales targets achieved.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Customer retention and satisfaction rate.
- Number of new clients onboarded.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus performance-based incentives or commissions.
- Additional bonuses based on achievement of sales milestones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,233.00 – $5,500.00 per year
